Delivery and payment

Payment

Online: by Visa/MasterCard bank card on the website.
Cash on delivery: payment upon receipt at a Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta branch (cost of goods + delivery + carrier's commission).
Bank transfer: after placing the order, the manager will send an invoice (Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram or email).
Payment to the courier: payment by cash, card or via Google Pay / Apple Pay. The person specified when placing the order can receive the goods, provided that they have a passport.

Delivery (at the buyer's expense)

To a branch or post office: pick up at Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta, the status can be tracked by TTN.
Courier delivery: delivery by Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta courier to the specified address.
Pickup: from the warehouse after agreeing on a time with the manager.

Free delivery:

for orders over 3000 UAH;
to a branch or post office (not valid for courier delivery);
for retail customers only;
does not apply to promotional items.
