Who are we and why can you trust us?
Lanavitta is a Ukrainian home textiles brand inspired by Italian traditions of quality, style, and home comfort. We founded our production in 2018 to create natural throws, blankets, and scarves that combine European aesthetics, functionality, and love for detail.

We manufacture our products in-house, using modern equipment and the expertise of our craftsmen. Each item goes through several stages of quality control to arrive in your home in perfect condition and delight you for many years.

Our core principle is to create products you can trust, items that bring warmth into every home.
What materials do we use to make our products?
We produce our items from natural fibers — wool, cashmere, and cotton. We use high-quality raw materials from Europe, Turkey, Australia, New Zealand, and South America, carefully selecting suppliers who meet our quality standards.

Natural wool has unique properties: it retains warmth well, allows air circulation, does not absorb odors, and has self-cleaning capabilities. Thanks to this, our throws remain pleasant, soft, and fresh even after long-term use.

We strive for every Lanavitta product to not only decorate your home but also create a sense of comfort, care, and harmony.
Is it certified / safe for children / hypoallergenic?
Yes, all materials we use in production undergo mandatory certification and meet international textile safety standards. We cooperate only with trusted suppliers who guarantee the eco-friendliness and natural origin of raw materials.

Our textiles contain no harmful dyes or additives, making them completely safe for children and people with sensitive skin. They are hypoallergenic, soft to the touch, and suitable for everyday use.

How to place an order on the website?
1.Go to our online store and browse the catalog. Choose the item you like and click “Buy”.
2.Once you’ve selected all the desired items, click on the cart icon and select “Checkout”.
3.Fill in your contact details and delivery address. Make sure all the information is correct.
4.Choose your preferred payment and delivery method.
5.Review your order details — product name, quantity, price, and delivery option.
6.After placing the order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and delivery details.
7.Upon receiving your item, check its quality. If you have any questions, please contact our support team.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact our manager and provide your order number.If the parcel has already been shipped, a return is possible after delivery and will be covered by the buyer.
Do I have to create an account?
No, creating an account is not required. You can place an order as a new user by simply filling in your contact details. However, registering an account allows you to complete future purchases faster and track the status of your orders.
What are the delivery options?
We deliver throughout Ukraine via reliable postal services — Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta.

You can choose the most convenient delivery method:
- delivery to a branch or parcel locker — pick up your order at a convenient collection point$
- courier delivery — receive your order right at your door on a convenient day.

You can easily track your order status using the tracking number or in your personal account on our website. You’ll be notified of your parcel’s arrival via SMS or Viber.
How much does delivery cost, and when is it free?
The delivery cost is calculated according to the rates of the selected carrier.
Free delivery applies to retail orders totaling 2000 UAH or more (including all discounts) — for delivery to a branch or parcel locker.
Please note: the offer does not apply to items that are part of sales or promotional campaigns.
When do you ship orders, and how can I track my parcel?
We ship orders daily (except weekends and public holidays) immediately after payment confirmation or selection of cash on delivery.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a message with a tracking number, which you can use to track your parcel on the carrier’s website or in your customer account. We always strive to ensure fast delivery — in most cases, parcels arrive within 1–3 days after dispatch.
What payment methods are available?
We offer several convenient payment options:

- Online on the website — pay by Visa or MasterCard via a secure payment gateway.
- Cash on delivery — pay upon receipt at the post office (by cash or card).
- Bank transfer — after placing your order, we’ll send you an invoice that can be paid at the bank or via online banking.
- Cash to the courier — available for some locations when receiving your order at the door.

Please note: the order can only be received by the person whose details were provided during checkout. A valid ID must be presented upon collection.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries worldwide.
The cost and delivery time depend on the destination country and the chosen postal service.
To place an international order, simply contact us at info@lanavitta.com and we’ll help calculate the shipping cost and arrange the most convenient delivery option for you.
What are the return/exchange conditions?
You have the right to return or exchange a product within 14 days of purchase in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection.”

A return is possible if the product has not been used, its original appearance, labels, markings, and full set of components are preserved. The packaging may be opened but must not be damaged.
It is also important that the product does not belong to the list of items that cannot be returned (for example, custom-made items or orders with special measurements).

To process a return, you must provide a payment document (a receipt or proof of online payment). We reserve the right to refuse a return if the conditions are not met.
Who pays for the return shipping?
In the case of returning or exchanging a product that meets all standards and is of proper quality, the shipping costs are paid by the customer.
If the return occurs due to our mistake or a defect, we cover all shipping expenses.

We always strive to resolve such situations quickly so that you don’t have to worry about paperwork or delivery payments.
What should I do if the product arrived defective or damaged?
We carefully check each item before shipping; however, if you receive a product with a defect or damage, please notify us immediately after receiving it.
You can send a photo of the damage or describe the issue — we will promptly offer a convenient solution: exchange or refund.

For products of inadequate quality, Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” applies, guaranteeing your right to request a price reduction, free defect correction, reimbursement of expenses, or a refund.
When will I receive my refund?
After we receive the returned product and confirm that it is in proper condition, the refund is issued within 14 days.
The refund is made via bank transfer — to the same card or account that was used for the original payment.

If the payment was made by cash on delivery, the refund will be transferred to the bank card you specify when submitting the return request.
How to properly wash and dry a throw/blanket/scarf?
Our products don’t require complicated care, but they do appreciate gentle handling. To keep your throw or scarf soft and perfectly shaped, we recommend washing them by hand or on a delicate machine cycle — without intensive spinning.

For best results:
- wool: water temperature no higher than 30°C;
- cotton: up to 40°C;
- cashmere: no more than 20°C.

Always use mild detergents specially designed for natural fibers.

Dry your items flat on a horizontal surface — for example, on a towel — and avoid direct sunlight or radiators, as high heat can damage the fibers. If your throw just needs refreshing, simply air it out — fresh air works wonders for natural materials.
Can it be ironed?
The natural fibers used in our products usually don’t require ironing — after proper drying, they regain their shape on their own.
If you need to smooth the item, do so through a thin cloth or use steam at a low temperature. Avoid holding the steamer too close to prevent damaging the structure of wool or cashmere.
How to store it so it doesn't lose its softness?
Store throws, bedspreads, and scarves in a dry, well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight. The best option is a cotton bag or fabric cover that allows air circulation.
We do not recommend keeping them in plastic bags or vacuum containers — natural fibers need to “breathe.”
To keep the item soft, take it out of the closet occasionally, shake it out, and let it air.
How to choose the right size of a blanket / throw/ scarf?
We offer several size options — from compact models for an armchair or sofa to large bedspreads for the bed.
A throw measuring 140×200 cm is ideal for a relaxation area, while 170×210 cm or 200×220 cm is perfect for a double bed.
If you’re looking for a travel or decorative accessory, choose a smaller size that’s easy to take with you.
Our scarves come in various lengths, so it’s easy to find one that suits you — whether as a light accent to your outfit or cozy warmth in winter.
Do you have promotions or promo codes?
Yes, sure. We regularly hold seasonal promotions so that our customers can purchase Lanavitta products at great prices. Current offers can always be found in the “Sale” section.

In addition, our website offers promo codes for new customers, which can be applied to the first order.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, we offer gift wrapping to make your present look festive and stylish. You can choose the wrapping when placing your order.
Is it possible to place a wholesale order or order corporate gifts, including custom designs?
Yes, of course! We constantly collaborate with various businesses and offer favorable conditions for wholesale orders.
