Cashmere requires careful care. It is recommended to hand wash it in cool water with special detergents or use a delicate cycle at 30°C in the washing machine. After washing, the scarf should be dried in a horizontal position, avoiding twisting or strong squeezing. This approach allows you to preserve the original appearance and softness of the fibers.

Delivery and payment

Cash on delivery: payment upon receipt at a Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta branch (cost of goods + delivery + carrier's commission).
Bank transfer: after placing the order, the manager will send an invoice (Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram or email).
Payment to the courier: payment by cash, card or via Google Pay / Apple Pay. The person specified when placing the order can receive the goods, provided that they have a passport.

Delivery (at the buyer's expense)

To a branch or post office: pick up at Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta, the status can be tracked by TTN.
Courier delivery: delivery by Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta courier to the specified address.
Pickup: from the warehouse after agreeing on a time with the manager.
